The typical products are as below : 1) Ductile casting iron pipe fittings(Diameter from DN80 to DN1600mm), including Socket bend, Flanged bend, Socket and Flanged TEE, Flanged socket, Socket taper, blank flanges, as well as welding flange for K9 Double flange pipes. All of them are according to ISO2531/EN545/EN598 and PN10/PN16/PN25/PN40. 2) Flanged adapter, coupling, dismantling joints and other Viking Johnson type’s fittings. (DN80-300 Flanged adapter &coupling are wide range designing and both PN10/16) 3) Valve products such as Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Check Valves, Globe Valves, Strainer, by Grey casting Iron, Ductile casting Iron As well as pump casting parts and man hole cover and frame. For surface treatment, besides Epoxy Resin Powder Coated and cement/bitumen, so far we are the only producer of supplying pipe fittings with Nylon coated process in China. 3)Our market: Europe(like AVK-Denmark, PAM-France), USA (Star-America), Middle-east (Amiantit-K.S.A.), Africa, and south-America. 4)Our casting process: Resin sand moulds casting production line(equipments are importing from Italy), moulds material: Aluminum and Fiberglass. 5)Our capacity: 800 tons/ month.
